After completion of your order please check the receipt and ensure the details are correct. The company does not accept responsibility for any prior preparation work based on such specifications. 3) Dispatch & Delivery..... we will endeavour to dispatch or deliver most products within 7 working days, some products may take 14-21 working days. All dates are given only as approximate and all goods are subject to availability. Sometimes delays occur which are out of our direct control. We recommend you not to start work or book any installation dates prior to the receipt of your goods. We will inform you if any items are out of stock or have extended delivery dates. We request that all goods are paid for on completion of order, cheques must be cleared prior to dispatch. We accept payment by credit/debit cards. The standard prices on our website reflect our shop prices, however special offers available through the website are internet only prices and as such are not available through the shops. Please note that for our customers protection we operate an anti-fraud policy. As a result we WILL NOT ACCEPT an order where a 'Landline' telephone number cannot be supplied. We also cannot accept online orders without a valid email address. On the order you must provide us with the exact billing address and telephone number.
